Owner-Operator
GreenTree is a fully integrated owner and operator of commercial real estate.  It acquires commercial properties throughout Southern California in the path of growth with a management standard of excellence and a long-term hold strategy.  GreenTree focuses primarily on infill industrial and multi-family properties.

Private Equity

GreenTree identifies and invests with top managers and sponsors in both real estate and corporate opportunities; supplying growth capital and leveraging its own expertise where applicable. Investments include both public and private equity and debt positions across multiple property types and geographies as well as healthcare operating businesses.
